Meet Devi

My Story

Devi was taken from railway station by a family that worked as domestic help. They kept her tied the whole day and gave her almost nothing to eat. When they were moving back to their country, they decided to leave her at the railway station again though she was 4 months old by this time. When we took her in, she had plastic in her stomach and needed blood transfusion to save her life. She’s healthy now but still shy and quiet around new people, although she’s friendly.
