My Story

Darzi, an Indie-Retriever mix was adopted by a young girl who loved her with all her heart. But, life took an unexpected turn when her father was diagnosed with alcoholic fatty liver disease and had to quit his job. With savings exhausted and both siblings now working full-time to support the family, it has become impossible to give Darzi the attention and care she truly deserves.

This hasn’t been an easy decision—it comes with immense heartbreak, but only with Darzi’s best interest in mind. She is a happy, loving, and playful soul who deserves a forever home where she’ll get the companionship, enrichment, and unconditional love that every dog needs to thrive.
